The main tasks of the role are: • Greet showroom customers and handle transfers to relevant members of staff.
• Operate our busy switchboard.
• Log all contacts, showroom, telephone and email enquiries onto the central database.
• Overall responsibility for maintaining housekeeping standards required to meet manufacturer minimum standards.
The successful candidate will be able to show that they can wear many hats anddemonstrate an ability to produce accurate work in a busy showroom environment.Knowledge in the use of dealer databases would be an advantage, whilst a highlevel of ability in the use of Word, Excel and email systems is an absolute must. Most importantly, this role will be a central point of contact betweenour customers and the business; it is vital that you are able to communicateeffectively both to the customer and the relevant department in the business.Currently the rota for this part time role is alternate Saturdays (8:30am-5pm) and Sundays (10:45am-4pm) there will be the opportunity for extra hours to cover holidays.
